In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

My honest opinion? Ok. This place is clean on the surface (I didn't look behind the counter) and it is well maintained. However, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. The two baristas they had working, at lunchtime, were trying to maintain the interior and deal with drive-thru. They were rushed, overworked, and undersupported. That being said I gave the service a 4 star because they both took time to explain options and answer questions. The company needs to...
