Stopped in for lunch to go, I have been here before and dined in. I had the brisket plate, and have to say, this is some of the tastiest brisket, with a beautiful smoke ring that I have ever had.
We ran into this little slice of heaven while transporting kids to meet in Toano.. (they live 2hrs from one another)
Love me some smoked food.
The hush puppies!! Just the best hush puppies! The homeaid sausage, the burgers, the bbq was all excellent!

This was our first time eating here, so this is our first impressions. First, I was thoroughly impressed with the waitstaff. They were attentive and friendly. We never had to ask for refills of our drinks, and every request was no problem. Our waiter, Jade, was superb. We wanted to sample as much as we could, being our first time. We got pork rinds for an appetizer (yum!), and "3 Little Pigs" dinner (pulled pork, smoked sausage, pork belly), and my wife ordered...
