This was our first time eating here, so this is our first impressions. First, I was thoroughly impressed with the waitstaff. They were attentive and friendly. We never had to ask for refills of our drinks, and every request was no problem. Our waiter, Jade, was superb. We wanted to sample as much as we could, being our first time. We got pork rinds for an appetizer (yum!), and "3 Little Pigs" dinner (pulled pork, smoked sausage, pork belly), and my wife ordered...
We got the family platter and were able to a variety. The pulled pork and ribs were seasoned a bit differently than we are used to but they were still good. Glad we came and we would definitely come again. Pretty busy on a Wednesday night!
