Was very busy and extremely noisy. In fairness to waitress she was doing many jobs. She forgot our latte, gravy for biscuits, a very small bowl of Grits when asked for a large, and I had no spoon to eat Grits. And waitress took forever to come to table. Seemed disorganized. But she was very friendly & sociable. We waited quite a long while to have order taken & to get food.We only waited about 15 minutes which was surprising.

While I know it was a busy Friday night, we waited 15 minutes at our table for someone to even acknowledge us and ask if we needed drinks. The meal that I normally order at every Cracker Barrel I visit was just subpar And not worth the time we waited for it. A disappointing experience for sure.

The menu is always static but that is part of the appeal. You know what you're getting. Service was a little slow because a tour bus had just left. A table next to us sat down and ordered after us but were served before us.
