Yesterday evening AND this evening the dinner crew at Troutville would rather be outside turning cartwheels, climbing the tree and playing around with tye dye shirts than to be working... how many customers have been turned so yall can have play time? seriously irresponsible!!!
I quit going to Hardee's for a month because THEY can never deliver hot food once again my hash browns was cold my bread was burnt and felt and smelled old like it was from the prior days left overs its so crazy how you spend money and management cant even have there workers deliver good food anymore... its very disappointing and aggravating... this happened to me on a bigger order they just slopped things together i took pictures showed the manager and he goes sorry im like wow!!!!...read full review
