Just had the worst experience with a company called Basecamp Coffee Roasters. Yesterday I went to the Tyson’s location and was disrespected by the manager, who refused to help me because I had my phone to my ear. He ignored me when I asked to pay for an item and asked “are you done with your phone call”. After I gave him feedback he responded with a typical response that he was right and I was wrong.
