“The signature crepe cake was quite good, one of the best I've had. Very nice texture, perfect amount of sweetness for me (not overly sweet). I expect the price here to be higher due to its location in Tyson's galleria and the crepe cakes being more labor intensive, but I still thought the $11.50 price was too high for the portion size. Recommend if you are already in the mall and don't mind the higher price. Would probably pass otherwise.“

“We CAN NOT say enough about Alison and her little team- it’s amazing what creative and scrumptious cakes come out of that little team! We were so pleased with our wedding cake; the flavors, texture, and uniqueness of what she delivered! The cake received rave reviews from all our guests & it was just stunning! Alison further accommodated our distant guests who joined us via Zoom and helped us send them some goodies and treats via a celebration box! Further, she even recommended our caterer and helped calm some anxious nerves about the dynamics of planning a wedding during a world pandemic! I can NOT recommend this little bake shop enough; Alison will be our go to baker for all our cake needs! PS- we highly recommend the funfetti with yuzu blackberry buttercream, and raspberry filling! “Randolphs has been my favorite bakery for years. The recent changes, sub contracting baking of breads, croissants, etc.,have forced me to go elsewhere. They no longer have the cakes, pastries and breads that made them the best of the best. In addition, the once classic store is crowded with displays of cocoa mix and other items that have nothing to do with the shop’s bakery offerings. I will still go in occasionally for challah, but that is it. They should take down the awning describing the shop as a Patisserie. It’s a bakery but not a patisserie.

Parking: There isn’t more to say. It’s free if you can get it“

“would of been better if i had been paying attention when she asked what size i wanted. i just looked at her with my mouth open for second then said yes. my friend told me it wasnt a yes or no question. i guess she understood what i meant tho because she just said ok. the newborn infant that was in front of me in line was cute except its parents didnt give it ice cream. the cookies and cream milkshake tasted kinda odd but a milkshake is a milkshake and i am a happy young lad.“

“Exciting place to stop by after lunch or dinner. Ice cream is a bit on the pricier side, and they do charge a bit for the sugar cones. However, the Chocolate Therapy and Phish Food flavors are absolutely amazing. I used to get Half Baked, but recently started to fall in love with the Chocolate Therapy. I take time to decide on my order, and the servers are always so patient and understanding with my questions.“

“I was there to bring a cake for a mother's day gift. They were very busy and the lady who work at the front desk was having too much job to handle. She is very helpful and patient of handling all that order and people. You guys need additional person at the front desk in busy days like this. Thanks!“

“I adore Ben & Jerry’s as a brand and this location alone is great as well. I went here a bunch of times as a kid and even once or twice as an Adult. One time I actually came in with my Girlfriend and her sister after seeing the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie, and despite being late and pretty close to closing, the person running the place was very professional and friendly. While i would never suggest coming in as late as I did because that’s kinda Rude, I definitely recommend checking this Ben & Jerry’s location out

Dietary restrictions: Your typical allergens are present when it comes to ice cream. Dairy, Peanuts, Possibly Gluten ETC so be cautious if you have food allergies. I don’t so Im good.

Kid-friendliness: It’s Icecream… kids love icecream of course it’s kid friendly. My dad took me here when I was a kid.“

“Friendly staff! They actually make the ice cream right. Plenty of vatieties of ice cream flavors to choose from. You can make your own creation or choose from popular creations on the menu. They offer cakes as well and have some available for purchase. I wish we lived closer to visit more often!“
