“My wife and i always come here when we are in the area. Upon entering, the staff immediately greeted us. They are very friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 slices and a tea and took our seats. The dining area and tables were very clean. When we were finished, the staff walked up to our table and took our plates and asked how was everything. We were very pleased and will definitely come back again.“

We were so pleased with our wedding cake; the flavors, texture, and uniqueness of what she delivered! The cake received rave reviews from all our guests & it was just stunning! Alison further accommodated our distant guests who joined us via Zoom and helped us send them some goodies and treats via a celebration box! Further, she even recommended our caterer and helped calm some anxious nerves about the dynamics of planning a wedding during a world pandemic! I can NOT recommend this little bake shop enough; Alison will be our go to baker for all our cake needs! PS- we highly recommend the funfetti with yuzu blackberry buttercream, and raspberry filling! “Randolphs has been my favorite bakery for years. The recent changes, sub contracting baking of breads, croissants, etc.,have forced me to go elsewhere. They no longer have the cakes, pastries and breads that made them the best of the best. In addition, the once classic store is crowded with displays of cocoa mix and other items that have nothing to do with the shop’s bakery offerings. I will still go in occasionally for challah, but that is it. They should take down the awning describing the shop as a Patisserie. It’s a bakery but not a patisserie.

“The ice cream here is high-quality, that is pretty rich and not super frozen. It has a low water and air content, and high milkfat. I recommend getting Founder’s Favorite or the Jamocha Almond Fudge. The service here is also nice and friendly. There’s not a lot of seating in there, and it can get really crowded at times.“

“Ben and Jerry's Vienna shop did catering for a big family party (75 people). It was a breeze to do the ordering and arrangements with Kyle. The friendly servers showed up, set up, served, cleaned up, all as expected without me getting distracted to supervise, so I could enjoy my guests. And everybody loves ice cream!. Highly recommend.“

“Friendly staff! They actually make the ice cream right. Plenty of vatieties of ice cream flavors to choose from. You can make your own creation or choose from popular creations on the menu. They offer cakes as well and have some available for purchase. I wish we lived closer to visit more often!“
