Customer service was excellent. The employee named Quyen was especially very kind and also outgoing (also super cute), she made amazing Hojicha latte, no glazing but this was the best drink I've had at Matcha Maiko. I love this place, would go back again!! Love you Quyen

WOW. Phenomenal. This experience was so SUGOI !!! As a japanese native I really wasn’t expecting much; but the matcha here is genuiné✨ Straight from the bushes of the mother land. Not only that but their customer service was nothing less of exceptional. This one worker tended to my needs immediately and treated me with the upmost respect that I deserve. I will definitely come back again and recommend anyone who likes consuming beverages to swing by.

I ordered a rose matcha and it was actually really good 👌🏼 — the flavor was well balanced and enjoyable. I just wish they had more milk options to choose from.

The place is small and located inside a mall, so it’s more of a grab-and-go spot, which is convenient if you’re in a hurry.
However, one downside was the cleanliness. The counter where you pick up your order is the same surface and it wasn’t clean at all. Also, there was no trash...
