“called well before midnight, asked if I could place a take out order and the answer was "no ma'am" I wanted two sandwiches. Don't recommend to people traveling and they definitely aren't open till "1am" would give zero stats if I could. terrible service. literally ruined my entire night after traveling all day. should close at 11 if you stop taking orders then. or just stay out of the restraunt business”

“Ordered Coffee and Lunch fixings from North Ridge Cafe and Coffee today! The Chicken Salad is DELICIOUS! Just how I like it, which is very hard to find! The Lemon Orzo pasta is also amazing, and I tried the pimento cheese! You really can’t go wrong ordering here! So fresh and yummy. My Salted Caramel Latte was perfect! I’m picky about iced coffee, but I love how easy the online menu was to navigate and have my drink exactly the way I wanted it!”

“I've been here several times around lunch time and have always had a good experience. Service was prompt and the food seemed fresh. I've never seen the dining room very busy during lunch hours, but there's usually a short line when I come. There is not a lot of parking however.”

1. Whopper is always good to have when you’re on the road trip. Charcoal burger so good!

Chicken sandwich definitely stole the show and it was super good! Juicy and crispy!

2. Service is good and fast considering how busy they were! Much faster and efficient than most BK

3. Used the app to get the deal! 24 dollars for 2 whooper, 2 crispy sandwich and 2 8pc nuggets

4. Clean place and clean bathroom

Minus 1 star because the nuggets are so bad! Not crispy or any meat, more batter than anything else!”

“I am obsessed with the peanut butter milk shake. It is just so very good! Of course so is everything else. The burgers and fries are to die for. I haven't had anything there that hasn't been delicious! But seriously the peanut butter milk shake is worth the trip!!”

“Absolutely love this place. The staff are always kind and very willing to have you try before you pick. The sundaes are great. They make their own ice creams, they always have an oat milk and sorbet offerings. The only thing I can say against them is that they don't have the black forest ice cream on their lineup nearly enough! 😁 It's our favorite but there are many flavors and they're all made very well. You have to go pretty often to make sure you get to try all the different flavors as they rotate. If you love ice cream, you just have to go.”

“We needed a yummy place for lunch for visiting adult grandson and dog. Very yummy food, easy parking, short wait, accommodating staff. Close to Gypsy Hill Park, another great dog friendly spot in amazing Staunton.”

“Just finished a great lunch here. We settled in outside, Calvin took our order and shortly brought it to the table. A warm summer drizzle added to the ambiance under the wide table umbrella. After the second bite, the torrent hit and Calvin appeared to hustle us and our meals indoors to dryer accomodations. Thank you, Calvin for great service!!! And the chef is appreciated too as the food was first rate.”

“10 out of 10 the best pastries!!! Came across this business on FB a few days before a field trip to Staunton, VA for my daughter. Field trip day was Thursday and Giancarlo is only open for retail hours on Friday’s and Saturday’s. I was so bummed, but I sent a message to see if they would let me make a special order for Thursday pick up, and they did!!! We ordered three tarts. A chocolate raspberry, a chocolate espresso and a lemon. AMAZING!!! Giancarlo uses the most delicious chocolate I have ever tasted! And the lemon was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. This bakery is a MUST visit!”
