Caffe Amouri Coffee Roaster Reviews
Good coffee! Solid pastries too.
Finally went to Caffe Amouri for the first time today and will definitely be going back. Even though Sunday morning is a peak time the line went quickly and I was able to snag some breakfast sandwiches and a Cranberry White Mocha. Looking forward to gifting some of the teas as well.

Caffe Amouri Coffee Roaster is a well-regarded coffee shop that has become a true local gem in Vienna, Virginia. Known for its excellent dark roast coffees and tasty pastries, especially the scones, it offers a welcoming atmosphere with super friendly staff. The Mexican hot chocolate remains a customer favorite, while the menu features both safe classics and adventurous coffee options like the London Haze and Strawberry Fields. Customers appreciate the single origin coffee choices and pour over options, which provide a home-roasted taste.
The café is praised for its quality coffee and teas, impressing even self-proclaimed coffee snobs. The foundational roasts deliver a pleasing flavor in every cup, and everything here is made with intention—from the ethically sourced beans to the skilled baristas. The space features interesting decor, including records on the walls and boxing gloves, contributing to the charming vibe.
Caffe Amouri is not just a coffee shop; it serves as a community epicenter and a caffeine temple, inviting people to settle in and enjoy the ambiance. With comfy seating and a crowd that feels like regulars, it encourages guests to sip, snack, and stay awhile. The café hosts open mic nights, transforming the space into a performance venue for spoken word and indie music, and offers coffee roasting classes for those looking to deepen their coffee knowledge.
However, the cleanliness of the walls and tables could be improved, and while the WiFi is reported to be slow and unreliable, especially for VPN connections, there are parking spots available along with street parking options. The café continues to earn its reputation as Vienna’s true original, and visitors should arrive early for the pastries, as the good stuff disappears fast.
