Wow, such an incredible burger (just ate the ranch and guacamole one) and the fries were amazing too. The staff was super friendly (had no idea they were going to bring my food to me), and the place is sparkly clean - with someone jumping on any mess almost ASAP - I’m super impressed by how well the place is kept.
12/31/19 This review is solely on the bathroom of the restaurant I say bathroom because I only saw one of the unisex bathrooms. Yesterday after eating at China Wok, i was punished after discovering the shrimp was bad. After a wave of diarrhea, I thought I would feel better. After completing my final run at work, i was hit by another wave of diarrhea. Elevation Burgers bathroom was the closest bath for me. Vienna location is my favorite! Staff is always so nice and accommodating! Great customer service even during these difficult times!!! There is always a female working when I go in, maybe the manager. She is so pleasant! Food is always delicious and as ordered! I like that you can order the fries extra crispy! Thank you!
