Unfortunately I ordered 15 loaves from the Herndon bakery back in July 12, paid for it, after over 10 emails back and forth I am still waiting on the shippment. I called was not able to speak to the manager because he/she was out of town. I was given a track number and it shows a label was created on July 15th but the package never left the premises. Unacceptable and now I want my money back. I hope it is not going to take another month for that to happen. Not a happy customer.
