I found this restaurant, just a couple of blocks from my hotel. It was absolutely packed during lunchtime. I ordered the Canh chua (Vietnamese, sweet and sour) soup with shrimp. It was amazing. It’s very hard to find this soup in Vietnamese restaurants so when I do, I always order it. I saw the other dishes coming out - pho and fresh spring rolls - and it all looked great. 20260101 So excited to find Hai Duong!! After they sold their Springfield location. As it turned out Tysons and Annandale locations are the same owner, and the Springfield location was his sister in law's who owns 3 other locations. The pho was delicious, perfect for 20 degree weather. The Roasted Quails were good, a little sweet, but it left an after taste, which could be from the sodium? The owner and waiter were real nice! There are so many dishes on the menu that I want...

Pho Hai Duong is officially one of my new go-to spots. The service was excellent…friendly, fast, and on point the entire time. I got #3 and it was delicious: rich, flavorful broth, tender steak, and perfectly cooked noodles. The spring rolls were fresh, tasty, and just the right texture.

Huge bonus: it’s an Asian restaurant that actually plays music. The vibe was relaxed and modern, which made the whole experience even better.

Highly recommend...
