Extremely poor experience. It was a Tuesday evening, 6 PM. Two couples were in the restaurant when we arrived. One couple had already been served. The other was waiting for their food. We ordered almost immediately.The other couple was served within 15 minutes of our arrival. The first time the server returned to our table after her initial visit to give us our drinks and take our order was at 6:30. She refilled our waters. She did not return to our table until she brought our pizza.It took us OVER ONE HOUR to be served (our pizza arrived after 7:00 PM). When it arrived, it had the wrong toppings on it. I would have sent it back and have them cook us another one, but I was not going to wait another hour for a pizza.While we were waiting for our pizza, someone came in for a takeout order. The cook came out of the kitchen and called the man (he was a friend) back to the kitchen (sounds like a health violation to me). The customer was in the kitchen for about 10 minutes.When we complained about the service, the incorrect toppings on the pizza, and the length of time it took to get the pizza, the boss took 10% off our order. That is it.Bottom line, I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

While I would love you give you a 5 star review I can not. Your food was wonderful. The service was not. I called this resturant prior to taking my child with a peanut/tree nut allergy and asked about your environment and ingredients being peanut/treenut free and was assured that I had nothing to worry about. When we arrived I asked our waitress to please remind the cook of his allergy. When she returned to our table again I was reassured about his order. I decided when I noticed the waitress was younger to double check just to be safe because this could KILL my child. When I approached the cook and asked about the ingredients she said " I don't know,why would I know that". I asked our waitress in front of the cook had she not asked she in turn said."I thought she heard me". I know as a resturant owner you know you serve the public and there are many people with allergies. I was not asking you to change your restaurant I was asking if it was safe for my child. If you used those ingredients I would have said thank you and chose some where else. Next time you may not be lucky and a person may have a reaction in your establishment. Just know what you are serving and train your staff to be honest. Thank you.
Went there and our order was online and expected at a certain time but had to wait. Got home and it didn't have the toppings I ordered and was over cooked. Not sure if it's the same ownership but it's horrible! Will never return!

The mushrooms on our pizza were canned, not fresh. Pizza tastes okay, not great. One of the workers had her little girl hanging out in the first booth watching a noisy kids' program. So we changed our order to take out. The waiter was good, though. This was our first visit and a disappointment; were were looking forward to dining in the restaurant.

We went in with a party of 9 people, right when we walked in, the staff started moving tables around to get us sitting together in the smaller sized restaurant.I ordered the combo pizza and it was very good with fresh ingredients.The staff was very friendly.We did wait a little long for our food, but it's a small restaurant with not a lot of staff. Wasn't a big deal for us, sometimes you just gotta have patience, don't be in such a hurry all the time.Will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Our party had a vegetarian and she had no issue finding something to eat.

Some of the best pizza you’ll have in the area! And you’ve absolutely gotta try the Philly cheesesteaks and the fried ravioli! Everything I’ve had from here has been top tier. If you’re in the Vinton area when you’re wanting pizza, this is the place to go!
Spaghetti and meatballs was DELICIOUS! large portions, enough for 2. Fresh salad and warm rolls.Very friendly staff. Quick service. Will definitely make a trip back just for Big Belly Pizza.Vegetarian options: Spaghetti, veggie pizza

Great food, great service in a warm and friendly atmosphere!Good sized side salads, even better sized main dishes. I have many favorites, but my most ordered are cheese ravioli, manicotti, chicken parmigiana, and gilled chicken salad. The owners stop by to say hi and ask if I enjoyed their dishes. The answer is always yes!

Food was pretty good. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and i think the homebread that comes with was my favorite part it was delicious! My fiancé also says that they have the best philly cheesesteak. The only thing was it took forever and the waitress didn't come by many times to check on us or inform us about our food. Overall, good food and friendly staff just really slow.
