First time here and it was a terrific breakfast! I have two favorite places for excellent grits and have now added a third. Friendly and fast service, clean and bright atmosphere. We had the potato pancake with scrambled eggs and sausage gravy and a Monte Cristo. All were well cooked, my husband said the potato pancake was terrific. And good coffee too. Have been here several times. Used to be my go-to when it was Jerry's. Have watched the menu get more and more pricey, the food is nothing special and the atmosphere is looking for a clientele that is not of this area. Rene needs to find a place Center of the Square for her prices and attitudes and let someone else like Jerry take the restaurant back and make it the place it was. $40-50 bucks for breakfast is ridiculous for what is served.
