I ordered in drive thru…had to wait 10 min for biscuits. Not a big deal. Except for; I get home to find They served a dry, meatless,( bone showing) chicken leg and thigh. I drove back to show them l! I was told by an employee, “The manager tells us to serve all the chicken no matter what it looks like due to food cost”, Seriously?
I would be embarrassed to work for a company that would serve the food looking like its already been eaten.

KFC is a decent place to grab a meal, offering great food, particularly the $20 box, which provides a variety of options at a reasonable price, enough to feed a family of 3-4. However, the service can be slow, both inside and at the drive-through, with busy staff who may seem bothered by customers. Orders can take a while to fulfill, and the staff may not be the most pleasant to deal with. Despite this, the food is a highlight, including the new KFC nuggets, which, although smaller than expected, have a decent flavor.
