omg it's so good and the friendly service... if you haven't tried it lately please give it another shot. I can't get enough of this chicken and slaw
In spite of extremely slow food preparation, and a less than friendly manager, the Cashier, Shannon, was a delightful distraction to the chaos in the kitchen. I would return to Long John Silver's just because of her! She should be treated as the valuable employee she is to Long John Silver's, as a company!
I just left the Vinton location restaurant. The man who was supposed to be taking my order had me repeat myself multiple times when I was ordering and it took him a very long time to punch my order in so I assumed he would have it correct. I ordered two platters and a kids meal since I had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free platters.
