I’m so disappointed. I made a DoorDash order for this location at 10:13pm and they just let it fall through. They didn’t make the food. So I’m left wondering what’s going on at 11:21 and have to make another order. It was my last meal before my diet and I won’t have another cheat meal for weeks. I will NEVER order from this location again. There’s just some things you can’t undo.

Took 45 mins maybe longer to get our order. We got the lindenburg sandwich for two. No sauce whilted lettuce . barely any tomatoe. No pickle. And the tater tots were cooked way too long. Plus they were cold. Think they need a new cook. Just my opinion.

I ordered a burger and side salad online. I got text messages telling me our order was ready. When I got the store, the order had not even been boxed yet and I had to wait another 15 minutes (no apology or acknowledgement from staff). When I got the meal home, the salad was old and wilted and the burger that I had ordered medium was well done. Very disappointing, and unfortunately typical for the Vinton Macado's

We love this place and I would normally give them a 5 but when we went on St Patrick Day they were have issues. We ordered a sandwich and it came without coleslaw and when we asked why we were told they ran out. They even ran out of pickles! We ordered a shot off their list of shots that came with a commemorative shot glass figuring it would have the year and at least something about St Patrick's Day and it only had their name on it. I would still go again but I guess I need to ask questions

Yesterday I had the honor of hosting a prayer board lunch with some friends from church . We made ohr prayer boards and we’re gonna get lunch after . I arrived around 3:02 our table (room that was reserved ) was still not ready . It has the previous party’s stuff and hadn’t been busboyed down . I come in and sat my stuff walk up to the host and advised we had a rsvp at 3 in that room she said someone would be right w us . Around 3:30 the hostest came herself to clean it up since no one had came yet . We did our boards had an amazing time allowed others toCome in and us the arcade machines . Around 5 a lady is in the lobby complaining about us being there the manager Micheal walks in and says hey I don’t know if u know but do u know how the room works and he proceeds to tell us that we get it for two hours so we have it til 5:30 . I said that’s fine sorry you didn’t have the room ready . But we are almost done we were done w the boards and we’re just going to order food .She walks in and says well do u mind if we decorate . I didn’t think it was a big deal to have a few people come in and decorate since we were finishing up I said it was fine so her and her whole party come in sit there stuff on the tables and I said well hold on we still have food on the way . She said well aren’t you suppose to be out . I said no don’t you hear the manager said we could stay til 5:30 we weren’t late for our reservation they were late in getting it ready for us . She walks out goes to the kitchen with manager Micheal and tells him we don’t even have food or are ordering why can’t we just be kicked out . He comes up toMe and says u can’t be in the kitchen so I’m assuming the girl worked there . I said ok we’ll do u plan on coming to do your job all of her people are in the room he said yes and never comes . I come back to the kitchen open the door for the second time after I tell the party to get out politely I was allowing them to decorate but being rushed out isn’t cool . The manager says miss don’t u see all the managers here I said yes I see you discussing and taking care of ur employees while in left to handle the actual situation he never came apologized never came addressed anything only came to drop off the owners number because he said no one else would take my complaint and obviously it wasn’t a concern or he didn’t. Are si ce he never ever came back . Our server I believe Anthony came and apologized he was amazing the whole time and I was impressed that he wasn’t the manager but still had the audacity to apologize on behalf of the restaurant or the mixup even though it wasn’t actually his issue we still tipped him and made sure he was aware that he was amazing during our stay. I’ve called the number twice for the owner. It rings with no voice. So I thought I would bring it here so that you can reach to me

Every time we go here they never include any of the extra sauces you order, asked for French bread and it is just super hard bread, had to take the sandwich apart just to eat it, asked for a burger to be medium well and they just burned it, no plans on going back here.

This place closes way to early. They start closing at 10pm sometime 10 minutes before. Stick to your business hours are change them to reflect the truth it's very confusing! This pass Tuesday we placed a to go order and I must say the girl who took our order was obvious she was focused anywhere except phone. And I'm only assuming the food was thrown together because it was right before there 10pm closing time. Our salads were fixed with a mixture of lettuce one slice of cucumber I half slice of tomato. No cheese to be found or onions but croutons were plentiful but if you could eat them you had to have steel teeth that was the only way they were so hard. The grilled chicken Alfredo with broccoli that I clearly ask for no broccoli ruined my meal.. I ask for no broccoli because I don't like it. But there it was... The chicken is usually grilled but I swear it was microwaved.. It had absolutely no taste and i mean zero. There wasn't one grill mark to be located on the chicken. The chicken was covered in a slice of some sort of white cheese.. Clearly stuck in microwave to try and melt. There wasn't 2 tablespoons of Alfredo sauce on the entire dinner. It was dried up.. I know it was time to close up but for the price we pd for 3 dinners and receive the food we were served is absolutely ridiculous! But no worries we want be back.
On multiple occasions ordering from here via door dash I have had problems three times I ordered milk shakes one was refunded one was refunded ,93 from door dash one I never even got. Multiple mistakes on food. Ordered I have had raw hamburger on one occasion. The last straw was not even getting my dinner I got three of the four items. This is ridiculous. You have lost a customer because of this.

Food was cold. Tater tots was so hard you could use them as baseballs. The bun on the hamburger was black on top and burnt to a crisp. Just save your money and go to McDonald’s instead you’ll get better food

We came in an hour before they were going to close on Monday, a girl had just placed her to go order and was chit chatting with the girl up front who then walked away when she saw us walk in. We could see other people in the restaurant eating and the girl finally came out the back and asked us how many and we told her it was two. She went to the back for a minute without saying a word and then comes back telling us that last call is in 5 minutes and that they won’t be able to serve us and to have a great night. If we had known we would have been turned away for no reason we would have gone across town immediately after I got off work instead of coming to this location, instead couldn’t get anything to eat as we had wasted our time driving all the way to vinton to just have to turn around and drive all the way back into town
