On Saturday, June 17, 2023, my husband, Bill, and I hosted our 80th Birthday Party on the Patio at your lovely location. We made plans through your Manager, Adrian, and he was most helpful. Our servers were Ashli and Morgan B. They were outstanding and definitely helped to make our party FANTASTIC and a success! We love this place and I would normally give them a 5 but when we went on St Patrick Day they were have issues. We ordered a sandwich and it came without coleslaw and when we asked why we were told they ran out. They even ran out of pickles! We ordered a shot off their list of shots that came with a commemorative shot glass figuring it would have the year and at least something about St Patrick's Day and it only had their name on it. Placed a call in order picked it up and they gave me bread instead of potato skins. Called to let them know and they are nice enough to remake them but I didn't want to drive another half hour to pick them up. So I was told there's nothing else they can do. I'm just out 13 dollars. They should have some other recourse when they don't pay attention to the order.
