I just had to leave this review. I was in the Taco Bell Drive thru at this location right at 1:00 PM on Saturday. I could not believe how slow the drive through was it was absolutely ridiculous. It would have been nice if they had given a spoon or a fork to eat the nachos Bell Grande with but apparently you have to ask for these sorts of things. There was not a darn thing that would say great customer service or friendly whatsoever. If you're in a hurry or if you just want...
All Things Considered this is a pretty good Taco Bell. Nothing exceptional about it but better than most honestly. Pretty quick service and they've yet to get my order wrong. I do wish the mobile app would let you order a water. I use the mobile app to get points but every single time I pull up to the teller I have to ask them to add a glass of water which of course they charge for so the whole thing becomes awkward and uncomfortable.
I was visiting from out of town and stopped here a few times. Food was always good, but the workers/service was hit or miss. I know everyone has bad days, but it was multiple people. And, in one trip, we ordered 4 items and asked for some hot and mild sauce and were given exactly one packet of each. I'm not expecting a bagfull, but the number of sauce packets could have at least corresponded with the number of items we ordered! But anyway, the food was always tasty...
