Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. We'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. 1608 has a great beer selection as well! Always something new to try!
First time back in a year or two. We used to go weekly when we lived in the area, but we moved to the other side of town. We miss the old Crafthouse. Great food, great staff, great music. What remains is week-old leftovers. Our server was good, as was the beer, but the background music sucked and the lamb burger has been bastardized with mayo-based sauces and carrots in the arugula. No more basil vinaigrette! The pork rinds were stale and the fries in the poutine were overcooked....
First and foremost, the food was excellent! Everything was flavorful and clearly prepared with care. I had one of the brunch dishes
