Wish I could give 4 stars for this local coffee shop- the person who takes the orders needs a happy pill- it ruined the experience. Coffee and treats are excellent- just a shame when you place your order you get a drab monotone no welcome vibe. However the baristas are friendly.
The coffee is good. The sweets are good. However, I'm not impressed with the food items. I had ordered a country ham and egg biscuit (reg). It was over cooked and hard. I was not in a location to return it so I had to throw it away. Money lost. I complained the next day and no compensation. I'll just stick to the coffee because it is HOT!
Expensive lattes and specialty drinks. One chai latte is nearly $8 for a small. I'd skip those and do a regular coffee/tea. Their baked goods are delicious though. The bakery next door just closed, but many of their goods can be found here. I hope they bring back the lemon meringue pies on occasion. The key lime pie and scones are also delicious.
