Our beef brisket is smoked using real wood, the traditional Texas way. Half pound of sliced or chopped brisket comes with two(2) sides and sauce on the side.
Pulled Pork Platter
1/2 pound of seasoned, smoked and pulled pork comes with 2 sides and a sauce on the side.
1/4 Rack St. Louis Style Ribs Platter
Seasoned, smoked and glazed st.louis style ribs with your choice of 2 sides and a sauce on the side.
Smoked Chicken Quarter

Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Platter
Our special blend of pork sausage, fresh jalapeno and cheddar cheese, smoked to perfection and comes with 2 sides.

Texas toast, pulled pork, bacon, gouda cheese, jalapenos, and onions.
The Hoss Sandwich Combo
Smoked brisket and beef sausage topped with gouda cheese then covered in our special "hoss sauce". Comes on Texas toast with a side, drink and extra sauce on the side.
Pitmaster Deluxe Sandwich Combo
Our largest sandwich stacked high with smoked brisket, pulled pork and jalapeno cheddar sausage between Texas toast. Comes with a side, drink and choice of sauce on side.

Excellent food and even better service. I live in Texas, but am visiting Norfolk for work and had to try this place. The brisket and chicken were delicious. The sides and sauces were top notch. The owner kept checking on me and offering up several BBQ sauces to try, which I highly recommend the “Dr Pepper BBQ Sauce”.

If you like smoked BBQ (beef, pork and chicken) then this is your place to eat. Freshly smoked meat with your choice of sauces on the side and the homemade salads (macaroni or potatoe) or the mac n cheese is out of this world. Highly recommended!!!

First time trying this place and the 4.8 rating it had was low. It should be a 5. This is the closet place to Texas BBQ that I have found so far. The staff super friendly and helpful. If you haven't tried this place you need too excpecially if you like BBQ.
