Mickey, our delivery driver, would get 12 outta 10 stars for me! He is consistent, reliable, always has an amazing attitude! I'm talking customer service you just don't get anymore these days! He is quick to address any problems and always helpful! I can't go on about him enough! If he misses us for some reason, he just swings back later or another time he is nearby and doesn't make a thing of it! Great service. Have been customer for 19 years and had 1 concern. I talked to representative. He was apologetic and assured me they wanted my complete satisfaction and appreciated my service. And yes without pressure or insistence from me fixed my problem.
Very impressed with their customer service! I initially switched our office’s water service to Absolute after Primo Brands’s service absolutely tanked. It was so nice to call and talk to someone immediately. The first bottle of spring water was great, but then after that, it started to taste weird. I called the company and the owner himself came to my office and helped me troubleshoot the issue.
