Bad experience. Went to order online and accidentally ordered from the wrong “Americas best wings” (this one). I called to cancel my order and the guy who answered told me they don’t have the ability to cancel online orders and then promptly hung up on me. I get it, it was my mistake but an average amount of customer service would have been appreciated.Wings were just okay.

I never leave reviews but I had to.Wings are dry. Taste microwaved. Got 10 wings ate 5 because they were so hard to chew. Employees don’t wear hair nets either. Only go here if your starving and have nothing else to eat.

Best wings you can find, honestly. Even better than a lot of those hole in the wall wing places popping up. Price of the 10 pc combo has gotten high, but such is the economy. If you call in, they say 15 minutes and then it’s like another 15 minutes when you get there. Still, I’d argue they’re very worth the price and wait.

DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered online for pickup. From the moment I got there there was no one at the front. I did see others waiting so I did the same. They did not have the cheese fries I ordered and I asked if they could just give me a refund which they instead offered me more fries. Then more rice which I said no to both. I was looking at something of similar value but he seemed annoyed with me looking at the menu. I became so uncomfortable that I said that it was okay I would take what they have. Still they said they would give me free cheese fries next time. I would have let that experience go; however the "extra crispy" boneless wings I ordered were terrible. Not crispy at all, just over fried and though to chew. I also order the fried cat fish which came with fries and I just can't understand how it's possible to mess up fries but they absolutely did. The fries tasted stale. Lastly I ordered rice which tasted like bland pilaf rice not even salt added just food coloring. I wouldn't go back not even for the free cheese fries.
