The food as always was great. We went on a Friday at 11, we were seated right away. But it took forever to have a waitress come over to take our order, and even longer to get the food. We were sitting by the back door/bathroom. We noticed LOTS of staff going out the back door. And females going into the bathroom in twos, multiple times.
First time to Norfolk and found The Egg Bistro via Google. Viewed their menu and had to go there. Jay was our Server and was excellent - attentive, informative and great personality. The food was outstanding. We had one of their specialities "Banana Nut Bread French Toast. Wonderful experience.

Food and staff are amazing. We got the ‘The Don’ and the ‘Banana French toast’. The amount we got for the price was a shocking. Shrinkflation has not hit The Egg Bistro. Shout out to our waiter Jay, he was great.
