Based on the reviews, The Egg Bistro offers top notch food, service, and atmosphere. The food is absolutely amazing, with CHUNKS of meat in omelets, amazing home fries, and banana nut bread French toast that is beyond amazing. The shrimp & grits with a side of cheese eggs is a great choice. The Shrimp Salad Po Boy is the most delicious sandwich ever eaten, perfectly seasoned with applewood bacon. The restaurant is a great deal for the price, with leftovers to take home. It is a new favorite breakfast restaurant. The service is excellent, with very friendly and attentive servers.
