Delicious!!! I am always leery of ordering eggs because I like them well cooked & most places don't get them right. Not at The Egg Bistro! The eggs were perfect. Service was outstanding. Nate was there every time we needed something without hovering. Truly this is an art because not every server can be attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend!
Our server Red was awesome as always! I continue to come back to Egg Bistro because of the great food and service! I decided to try something new and it was delicious. I appreciate Red’s honesty and recommendation! The breakfast chimichanga was so yummy!
Dave is the best server here! Had extensive knowledge of the menu and great recommendations on not only the food but the drinks as well. Mimosa flights are the way to go- Dave even had a magic show I think, it was after the flights so there is no telling what really happened.
