Did take out this morning at the egg bistro. It's been a few years since I ate from this establishment so I decided to circle the block and have for breakfast. I got the build your own omelet with a side of grits. My wait was super quick. Food was fresh. All was super scrumptious. I won't wait so long to visit again

This is by far one of my top brunch spots in the 757. I dined here for Sunday Brunch and as I expected there was a wait, however me and my partner waited maybe 10 minutes to be seated. It is a bit louder in here since there are so many people , but nothing unbearable. It's very lively and the food matches the ambiance. It's quite spacious but there are many tables to allow as many customers as possible, without the feeling of claustrophobia. Our server was very attentive and checked in with us frequently. I ordered the Belgian Waffle breakfast with scrambled eggs w/cheese , turkey sausage, and the home potatoes with onions. Everything was super good I finished my entire plate ( which I typically do not do ). The turkey sausage had a great snap to it and was flavorful. The eggs could've been a tad bit fluffier but I still liked how thick they were. The home potatoes were the star of the meal as they were seasoned to perfection and they were soft enough to chew but not too soft. The waffle could have been a little bit softer but the whipped butter that came on it made up for it. Me and my partner spent $34 for both of our meals without tip, which I think was more than fair since we were stuffed by the end of our meal. I will always come back.

We arrived at 10:30am for a table of 9 people. We were told the wait will be 30mins however it actually turn into 1 hr and 20 mins wait. On top of that we were told that we had to wait in the car which I guess would have been ok if it wasn’t cold. After we were finally seated we had to wait almost another hour before we got our food. However, Chespeake Egg Bistro is ? more organized and more customer friendly!!!

Food and staff are amazing. We got the ‘The Don’ and the ‘Banana French toast’. The amount we got for the price was a shocking. Shrinkflation has not hit The Egg Bistro. Shout out to our waiter Jay, he was great.

The food as always was great. We went on a Friday at 11, we were seated right away. But it took forever to have a waitress come over to take our order, and even longer to get the food. We were sitting by the back door/bathroom. We noticed LOTS of staff going out the back door. And females going into the bathroom in twos, multiple times.
