Get here early because parking is tight, otherwise you will need to pay for city parking nearby. It definitely has an all American vibe if that is your thing. The ladies behind the counter were super friendly. My nitro cold brew with half and half tasted great! It was bold enough but very smooth and not too strong. The breakfast bowl I got was good and fresh, although I expected a little more for the price.
The drink was delicious but there were fruit flies, the wifi was broken, and the staff seemed annoyed that I would ask about WiFi, as if it wasn’t something that would be expected at a coffee shop. Parking was also an issue. I stayed until I finished my drink and went elsewhere where I felt more welcomed and at ease.
After a leisure 2.5 miles along the beach from Chic’s to Lynhaven Bridge, we were kinda hungry and ready for coffee. We stopped at American Brew before heading back to Chic’s Beach. We got there about 9 am - just in time to beat the crowd! We enjoyed the french toast platter and cappuccinos. The fried eggs were cooked perfectly with the whites fully cooked and the yolk thick and runny. The bacon was thick and crispy.
