This is the best empanada I've found in Hampton Roads. Crispy exterior and savory interior. I will be coming back! There are a few window seats inside but it's a little cramped. That's not a negative, just info to use to plan ahead especially if it is busy or you have a group. Staff were friendly and the service was quick. Thanks!

This place is AMAZING! The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the service was great from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious! we got moro de habichuela negras with carne de res, and wow, both the rice and the meat were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The portions were very generous too!

We also tried empanadas, quipes, and bola de yuca, and everything was fresh and incredibly tasty. Honestly, the food took me right back home.🇩🇴❤️...

Pretty cool spot for take out. It was my first time trying Dominican food and Antojitos made a great first impression! I love how the chicken with rice & black beans were seasoned just right! Spicy but not overwhelmingly so like many other soul food places do. I will definitely be returning for more.
