Service is definitely a 5. I ordered online and thought that it went through. Got to the restaurant at time requested and of course no order was shown in their system. The good thing is the waitress was nice and said just take your time to re-order and we’ll work on it soonest.
Today is national wings day so Applebee’s had an online special for BOGO wings, good deal! I ordered garlic Parmesan and hot glazed wings, both with ranch dip.
The wings were delicious. Parmesan was grated fresh, both orders came with a few celery sticks.

Gotta love getting your drinks then waiting over 30 minutes to even get to order. We ended up leaving before we ever got to order because the waiters were more concerned with playing with their friends than working the tables.

Walking through the door, the first thing I noticed was an odd odor—maybe coming from the carpet or just a space that needs a good deep cleaning. It was off-putting at first, but I decided to stay and give the food a shot.

The atmosphere was lively, with a restaurant full of Black folks enjoying their meals. However, the music selection felt completely disconnected from the crowd—more like something you'd expect to hear at the oceanfront, not here. It’s clear this location isn’t quite in touch with its audience.

Now, on to the food! My husband ordered the riblet plate and was absolutely delighted. I had the Whole Lotta Bacon Burger with a lettuce wrap, and let me tell you—mmm mmm, it was so good! Applebee’s burgers have never let me down, and this one was no exception.

The only miss was the side of broccoli—it was overly salty. Could’ve been a simple mistake (I’ve done it myself), but it threw the balance off a bit.

Overall, if you can get past the smell when you walk in, the food is worth trying. Just maybe ask them to go light on the salt.

I am re-editing my post after dealing with the store manager and the district manager of the location they were so helpful and resolving my issue they gave me all the attention in the world that I needed as a customer and was treated with the utmost respect I have to say they did a great job and I look forward to coming back to this location
