I am re-editing my post after dealing with the store manager and the district manager of the location they were so helpful and resolving my issue they gave me all the attention in the world that I needed as a customer and was treated with the utmost respect I have to say they did a great job and I look forward to coming back to this location

The service was fine, but the food was subpar, and the premises was disgusting. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days, trash was overflowing, and there were cigarette butts in the urinals.

Standard of the chain. Good food for price and cold beer. Staff is what makes this location stand out. They are great, know your name, remember your food and drink order and help support local schools.

I had an amazing time at Applebee’s. one thing the stood out for me is this bartender Curtis… I think his name is but outstanding service always smiling and joking! Definitely coming again🫡

My boyfriend was excited to try the mushroom swiss burger, but the server, Allysa, wouldn't let us order it because they were out of Swiss cheese and she didn't know how to modify it in their ordering system to just sub a different cheese. I said maybe they could just tell the cook, but she said no, it would be a whole thing and she didn't want to do that. I highly doubt a whole item can't be served based on cheese because what if we ordered it with no cheese? She just didn't want to ask for help.

Ordered take out for dinner. I didn't check the bag it was sealed. Got home and was missing an order. I went back and got a cold dinner . Fry was soggy
