Everytime we visit this location it's a mess. This time was a 20 minute wait at the drive thru. There was only 1 car in front of me and maybe 2 people in the lobby. Was told to hold on so I did for 10 more minutes after waiting for 10 already. I ended up leaving. This will probably be my last visit to this location.

Clean and quiet location, the sandwiches were good. The meats are their forte so if that is why you go, you wont be disappointed.

The fries were dried out and had been sitting for quite a while, this was VERY obvious. They were small pieces, bottom of the barrel so to speak, and cold/dry. I was very disappointed in them this time.

Value wise if things cannot be consistently good, then it isnt worth it. Overall, I recommend this place only if they have minded their hold times, have fresh sandwiches (which we did), and offer good service (we had good service).

I'm just tired of this location. Several visits with several issues. No straws, miserable acting employees, fry containers half full, no cheddar on BNC sandwiches and so on. I think one young man there working the drive thru was pleasant and accurate once. As for the rest, I think some are there just to say they have a job. Good help really is hard to find.

Love Arby's but when we visited this store by Kempsville and Indian River.
1st thing we noticed was how sticky the floors were which immediately made me wonder how clean the kitchen was. Food was good but the kitchen was in my mind. Drive through seemed to be steady but 2 people dining in? Maybe dirty floors had something to do with that.
No the most friendly staff I've seen either. But if staff doesn't care then maybe management doesn't either.

Seriously.....zero customer service....the Arby's roast beef sandwich tasted a little strange so I had to throw it out (I've been eating Arby's for 30 years)....no ice ...no condiments...no personality .... absolutely nothing positive about this experience....the only way to fix these issues would be to replace this entire staff ...so good luck with that

I lived near this location for 15 years and this Arby’s was THE slowest fast food restaurant I’d ever been in. We finally stopped going because the wait times were so long.

Happened to be back out near this location today for the first time in a few years and decided to give it another try. What a mistake. Hard to believe that after close to 20 years the service in this place is still horrible.

Stood in line for over 15 minutes. No one from the staff interacted with me. They only had 1 person working the front. She was filling orders the whole time. Never said “I’ll be right with you”, etc.

Two other employees who appeared to be a manager and assistant manager walked by myself and the other two people standing in line twice. Neither one acknowledged us. The assistant manager came up near the front to talk to the young lady working up there by herself. He looked right at the three of us in line then turned around and went back to the office.

Finally had enough and walked out and went to the Burger King next door. Was in and out of there in 5 minutes.

I honestly don’t know how this Arby’s stays in business as there are plenty of other fast food places in the same shopping center.

Gave them a gift card I had and a $20 to cover the rest that the cars wouldn’t cover. They used my $20 bill and gave me the gift card back with $15 on it.
