This location is horrible. I don’t know who they have working the morning shift, but if the mall opens at 10 meaning so does this store front, how is it that at 2 hours and 37 minutes later there is still not certain pretzels made yet for the day. And this happens all the time I go to this location. I love the pretzels but I do not appreciate the poor customer service that we received from Ms. Zeinab. When someone approaches the counter, you greet them, especially if they greet you first. Simply putting a pretzel on top of a glass case does not signify that said pretzel belongs to anyone in our group.
