I went to the one in the mall. That location is a little small. Service was good, but we went near closing time so the pretzels were not as fresh but still good and warm. They had also run out of large original twisted salted pretzels but had other options. I would go back again. I have had them before and they were really good. We bought for our family so cost was a little more. Otherwise it's not too bad for one person cost wise.

I love these sweet hot delicious pretzels ? ❣️I usually order the twist cinnamon sugar or twist raisin pretzels. Sometimes I order the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. The lemonade mixers are refreshing. Auntie Anne’s is located in Lynnhaven Mall near Macy’s. This location is popular and very busy, long lines but worth the wait.

The only people who give this place one star are either very impatient or have no idea what it’s like working food service.This location is very nice, their pretzels taste better than any other location I’ve been to and the staff are very efficient and friendly.One time I didn’t have enough to cover the cost and the nice older Asian woman covered it for me I was so touched! Next time I see her I’m giving her a giant tip like most people in food service deserve! It’s...
