Love the food, ambiance and people at Back Bay. Not the biggest menu but the crab cakes and hot honey brussel sprouts are to die for. Whether we are at the bar or a table we try to get Shaun as our server. He is always so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about all the food and drinks available and always anticipates our needs or questions. He really makes us feel like we are welcomed, comfortable, and valued. I can't say that about many servers/restaurants in our area....

Lunch was fine, but the bakery items were not good at all. The cupcakes were dry and the cookie was as well. Plus, they charge way too much for their goodies. Mom loved their potato salad.
