I ordered pad see ew chicken and it was very dry. Broccoli seemed soggy, there were no carrots and the wrong noodle was used. Overall there was not much flavor. Very disappointed. Will not recommend.

I never leave reviews but I was so impressed by this place. We got the spring rolls, pad tai, and red curry. So delicious and not too spicy! Our waitress was also so sweet and tentative!đ€

If I could give 0 stars I would. There was an issue with our online order, stuff happens not a big deal. My fiancĂ© called the restaurant to make sure they received our order, they said they didnât however we were already charged for our food. They then proceeded to put him on hold for over 15 minutes. Frustrated, he disconnected the call. I then called to explain the situation, that there was an error online on their website, we had already been charged, and could we just place the order over the phone to go pick it up - seemingly no big deal. However, the lady said that I needed to wait 3-5 business days for a refund, and that I needed to pay additional money for a completely new order. We ordered 2 things. I have the charge on our end that clearly says that we PAID. I tried to ask why we couldnât just get the order we quite literally paid for, theyâve already received our payment, etc. she then became extremely rude to me, asked me if we were going to go pick up this NEW order from her - an additional $33, and when I said âwell no, because why do we need to get a refund and do all these extra things?â She literally HUNG UP on me. Look, I get being frustrated. Itâs Motherâs Day, Iâm sure theyâre busy! But to HANG UP on a paying customer who was simply trying to resolve an issue that THEIR website created is sooooooo beyond unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this location at all. Do better.

I canât believe this place isnât packed every nightâthe food is **that good**. We ordered the **Red Curry** and **Tom Yum soup**, and both were absolutely incredible. The Red Curry was rich, creamy, and packed with layers of spice and coconut flavor, while the Tom Yum had the perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and aromatic herbs. Every bite was fresh, authentic, and so satisfying.
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and yet it was surprisingly quiet for a restaurant with food this outstanding. More people need to know about this spot because itâs easily some of the best Thai food around. **Do yourself a favor and go nowâbefore the word gets out and itâs impossible to get a table!

This meal was a perfect balance of bold flavors and textures. The papaya salad was flawlessly tender, with just the right amount of citrusy brightness and spice to keep every bite refreshing and exciting. The pumpkin curry, a random pick, turned out to be a revelationâan amazing new way to enjoy the gourd, rich and comforting with just the right depth of seasoning. To finish, the Thai coffee was sweet and straight to the point, a satisfying end to a well-rounded meal. Definitely a place worth revisiting!

Very good commercial Thai food!
The food ingredients listed on the menu are not the same ingredients that were in the actual dish. (I've been going here for years this was the first time my meal ingredients didn't match the menu.)
When asked why, the answer was because the menus are printed in Thailand.
Offered to refund my money but the manager/owner won't be back for 2 weeks to address the situation.
Food allergies are a very serious issue and this restaurant doesn't care that they may put you in harms way.
I went to a Bangkok off of LynnHaven by mistake not knowing the difference, THERE WAS A HUGEEE DIFFERENCE.
PLEASE TRY THE LOHMAN PLAZA IT IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE IN ALL OF HAMPTON ROADS!! FROM THE BIG FLAVOR AND PORTIONS..
