Today, we did some volunteer work at the Oceantfront. I rarely travel north to that area bc I live in SB. I would have never thought about getting a pie from Basil, but someone purchased some pizzas for us volunteers. This pizza was probably one of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be ordering Basil next time I'm in the area. It might be good enough for me to drive the 40 minute round trip from home once a month or so. It was takeout so cant speak to service...

Really wanted pizza and it was late. Figured getting dominos delivered or this place right around the corner. Tried this .. it was ok. Paid 24 I believe for a medium pepperoni pizza. Way too much. The crust was crunchy. Sauce, nothing great. Seasoning lacking. Needed basil and oregano. wasn't horrible, but for over 20 dollars for a medium I expected A LOT MORE.

We stopped by Basil Pizza for a quick lunch because the kids in our group were craving pizza—and we’re so glad we did! It’s just a 2-minute walk from our hotel, making it super convenient.
