Older but well run and clean. Every room faces the ocean. Good walkable location, just far enough away from the pavilions to walk to but not hear when sleeping. Watch the people exercising at the Jungle Gym from the Balcony.

The friendliness of this place exceeds that of a 4 star hotel. They even have free bike rental. Room was cozy and nice. They let me check in early. Best place I’ve stayed at in VA beach.

Excellent food with great service. Chris, Mario, Brandon, and Diana were all great and treated everyone there like family. Strongly recommend stopping for breakfast.

We stopped in twice for lunch while on vacation at Va Beach. Each time we had excellent service and food. It is a perfect place for the locals to gather and visitors to have a good meal. The waitresses made you feel like family.😊

My stay at their hotel in Virginia Beach completely meet my expectations. For the price and oceanfront location I can't complain. The staff was great providing excellent customer service and the maintenance of the place was good. Highly recommended!

Great location and great service. Left something of my daughter’s at the hotel and they called to let me know and then shipped it to me! Expensive during high season, but location and service are 10/10!!

Corporate ownership and its lack of continued investment has destroyed this once treasured landmark of Virginia Beach. Beds are hard as rocks and screen was torn out of the door. Bathroom was moldy and extremely small. This place hasn’t changed physically since the 80s and its ownership will continue it’s downfall as people no longer return. Coffee shop remains a treasure! Stay anywhere else until this place correct scores.

Neat and clean restaurant. Waitresses are always friendly and helpful. They have a variety of food items to chose from. Wish they were open later in the day. Believe they close at 3PM daily.

Adorable little place located at the Belvedere Motel. Seating is limited so you might have a wait but the food is well worth the wait. You have got to try the Belvedere omelet why you're there!

Yes it is an older hotel but updated, cable tv is as good as anywhere, the rooms are clean, the price is right. Atmosphere friendly and quiet.

Absolutely adore the Belvedere. My family and I are local to the area and have been coming here for years. Diana and Cindy are the best waitresses, your coffee cup will never be empty. If you sit at the counter, it's impressive to watch Mario's efficiency and skill. You can't beat the prices. It's a small space, but there's something special about this place and the people who work in it.

Every time I come to VA I make sure to go to Belvedere for breakfast. Amazing short order breakfast place with ocean view. Be prepared to wait a bit because it's small and so popular.

The food here is terrific. The corned beef hash is crispy, the omelettes are perfect, everything is piping hot and you'll never see the bottom of your coffee cup. Plenty of parking and a great view round out this gem. Prices are lower than you'd expect from a beachfront hotel. Depending on where you sit, you might want to bring your sunglasses.
