Hi! I’m so disappointed in your customer service. We are locals and live here in Sandbridge. My kids ages 5 and 7 ordered cones. My daughter dropped her cone outside. We went inside and explained what happened. Your employees were very unkind and rude and questioned if my daughter was telling the truth. You have most certainly just lost customers. And word of mouth is the biggest advertiser.
