My family has been big fan of BIG Sam’s for years! We love everything about the food, the location and the atmosphere. We went to big Sam’s as a party of four on August 15…Happy hour. We ordered wings, clams and steamed shrimp. All delicious as were our drinks, along with two dinners…fried shrimp and crab cakes. Both of the dinners came with coleslaw, which did not have a spec of seasoning or any type of dressing on it. It was just chopped...
Most of the food was great, we just went at a pretty busy time. We were told it would be a 30-minute wait so we waited, and after 30 minutes we were 15th in line and could see the first couple of people in line had been waiting 80 minutes. We just placed a to go order and ate at their multiple picnic tables outside.
While the service was great, the place was in need of some deep cleaning. The food wasn't seasoned very well/much and tasted frozen. It might be worth checking out if you order something other than seafood 🤷♀
