Such a great location and the staff there are dynamite. The mgr, however, seems to be very self important. I watched her push past, commandeer, interrupt every employee while doing their job. It is a wonder she keeps staff.

I told the lady twice I wanted the coffee that was from Mexico they had for a limited time and she sold me the Michigan cherry. This is horrible customer service

Oh my gosh their coffee is the bomb! The service was so fast and the owners were sweet as pie. I also had the best breakfast bagel sandwich of my life! We went twice while in VA beach and will be back for sureeeee!

First time visiting, was very happy with the quality/taste of my mocha, no burnt shots!! Few bucks more than what I'm used to but I'm from the west coast and was very happy to pay for what I got. defintley recommend this place for a quick stop!

VB is my hometown and I’m home visiting. Normally I just use our coffee maker at home, but wanted some stronger coffee today. Decided to see what was in the area that wasn’t the McDonalds coffee chain since I don’t go there anymore. I live in NYC & and frequently in DC & have never seen this coffee shop before! So I decided to pull up and try it. The service was great I asked for a rec & the barista recommended an amazing drink! The coffee is strong and actually tastes like good coffee beans. The mocha isn’t overly sweet and doesn’t over power the coffee. They have dairy free alternatives and I got my drink frozen and they had a dairy free neutral base with that so truly was perfect :) will definitely be back while i’m in town and whenever I come home as it’s close to my house and the drive thru is convenient when out & about in VB! Overall 10/10 will be back to try more!! Also love the cup ??

We recently visited Biggby Coffee for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience! The convenience of their drive-thru was a major plus, especially with kids in tow. Their menu is incredibly diverse, featuring Lattes, Sweet Foam Favorites, Cream Freeze Smoothies, Teas, Traditional Coffees, and even a kids menu, which we really appreciated.
Our little ones enjoyed the donut holes from the food menu—they loved them! The variety of drink options in each category was impressive and made it difficult to choose since everything looked wonderful. I decided on the Coconut Cream Freeze, and it was amazing! We're already looking forward to our next visit to try more items. Everything looks fantastic, and we can't wait to explore more of their offerings. Highly recommend!

This little shop is located in an old bank! Which adds to the hype! They use Monin flavoring and have a HUGE list of lattes.
The service was amazing and it was a great atmosphere. Friendly, quick and the drinks taste amazing! We will definitely be back for more!!

One of the BEST COFFEES in Virginia Beach the coffee here is exceptional you can actually taste it. Food is amazing ? the service can’t be beat either very nice people!

Great coffee and bagels, with an amazing staff! Our family looks forward to our Biggby trips. We frequent the drive-thru often, and they make it very easy, especially with little ones.
