I’ve been coming to this place over the past few years but since I found they had gizzards and livers on the menu I knew I had to make an effort to try it. Haven’t had good fried livers and gizzards since feather and fin closed so was eager to make my way, and lawrd! They were Fried perfectly - no gamey or metallic taste. Idk how they prep them but I could tell they make it with expertise and care. Tasted great. Will now be my go to spot for livers and gizzards near that area....
