Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Absolutely delicious hand scooped ice cream! We were greeted quickly with a smile, offered a sample of a seasonal flavor that is very popular and handed our order order very fast, and wished a great rest of our evening! Highly recommend the seasonal Gingerbread Man flavor!!! It's yummy!!

I went to Bruster’s around 3:45 pm or so today. I ordered a small butter pecan waffle cone. Butter pecan is my absolute favorite flavor of ice cream. It was delicious!!! Perfectly made, thank you to whomever blended the ingredients together the proper way. I stopped coming to Bruster’s because the butter pecan was too salty so I was pleasantly surprised how great it was today. The young lady who provided service was wonderful. I will be coming back!

I did an online order last night 9-15-2025 and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there walk up and there was 2 employees a male and female working. The young lady was sweeping and the young man was working the drive through. I'm letting them do their thing thinking they'll notice me standing there but they didn't. So I go to the drive thru and it's the same thing. I get out and tap on the window and the male yelled at me you wait!!! Never felt so disrespected and it's my first time coming there. The young lady took care of me which I appreciate but what didn't appreciate is getting yelled at bad customer service on part of the young man I'm sure the establishment can refer to the cameras to see what took place

I love the ice cream. What I don’t love is that every time I’ve gotten ice cream for my wife, they always manage to mess it up. It’s not rocket science. All I ask for is a vanilla sundae with peanut butter syrup, bananas, whip cream, and a cherry. I think it’s the simplest order. Several times they’ve not added the bananas, other times, no syrup. Tonight I got bananas, but they put chocolate syrup instead of peanut butter syrup. The teens working this place need to wake up and start listening better. Maybe management needs to read these reviews and figure out how to make things right. The place wasn’t even busy tonight. Jeez!

Another thing I want to add is that I’ve read the response from the “owner” saying to call the store and talk to the manager…really? As many bad reviews as this store has, you expect us to call the store and speak to the manager which is also probably one of the children that work there. Seriously? They’re the ones screwing the orders up and giving people attitudes about their orders, and charging them for a larger size when they asked for the size down. I know I’m not the only one that’s read these reviews on google about how much of a circus this store is. Don’t tell us to call the store. Identify the problem and fix it!

This was my first time having Bruster's ice cream and it exceeded my expectations. I got a large waffle cone with Brookie, Graham Canyon, and Southern Banana Pudding. Surprisingly, the banana pudding ice cream was my favorite. I was very thankful they use cone holders that have drip trays! It was about 86 outside, not sunny but very humid and a little windy. The ice cream started melting almost immediately, so I had to eat fast 🤣. Hindsight.... I should have gone for the waffle bowl. They had plenty of staff for Sunday evening. It wasn't very busy when I was there. The employees were nice. I enjoyed my experience.

I stopped in for a basic vanilla ice cream cone. The ice cream was soft. When I returned to counter to get something else in exchange the blond girl said NO because I licked it. Her attitude and energy was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I love Bruster's, I have been going there since I was a child. Every bite is pure nostalgia !

Cece needs customer service training, I ordered a small cup of nutty coconut & she charges me for a small waffle cone, I pointed it out to her and her attitude was very bad, she wanted me to take the small cup for the price of the medium, I told her I need the extra scoop and she dumped 3 scoops in a small cup while grumbling.
I told her no need to give me an attitude when you’re the one who mess up the order.
Her attitude is very bad and it might be a part time job but whatever work you’re doing, you need to give it your best and treat everyone with respect.

There was only one worker doing drive thru, online and walkup orders. So wait time was slightly elevated. We got two ice creams both of which were delightful.
On Thursday you can take your own banana !
Expensive but I’d go back
