I'm not sure about this location, but the few times that I have randomly stopped to get a milkshake, the folks working tell me they are all out of milk. How does an ice cream place run out of milk? Either this place is managed wrong or the folks working simply do not want to make milkshakes. Encounter occurred at the time of this posting. This is the 3rd time over a span of a month. Absolutely frustrating....

This location is not good, at all.
There were zero chocolate chips in my wife’s mint chocolate chip ice-cream which is so foul. She mixed it up looking for some and nothing.
I got a banana shake and it tasted like vanilla, so just skip this place.
The one in Williamsburg is phenomenal, but this location is trash.

Unacceptable. Two individuals......One person working and the other standing by while customers wait!

On 10/15/24 at approximately 8pm I stood at the window for at least 3-4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me the 1st time I got there…asked the young lady if they could break a $100 bill…she said no…no problem…I left and went and got something smaller from food lion…came back and ordered a turtle sundae with a brownie…she did not bother to warm the brownie at all…it was frozen solid and hard to break through with a plastic spoon…did not give me the right change and I had to mention that to her…and the music that played on the radio was beyond unprofessional (rapping about smoking weed)…I’ve been here in the past and never had a bad experience…i definitely won’t be back.

This was the first time I visited this place. The two young ladies that was working was fast professional and friendly. They did a great job handling the customers even though they were short staffed. The only thing that I did not like was the way the owner showed up and was talking to one of the employees very rudely. He did not apologize to the customers that was standing there for their wait. He then went inside and started to micro manage the two workers and go behind them removing some of the ice cream that they had started to pack for the customers. He also did not wash his hands when he came into the food service area. He should have jumped in to help them get the line down. I just didn't like his demeaning tone to the employees that was doing their best and that was helping him make money. He probably does not pay well and that's probably why there was only two people working. I was visiting from out of state and I probably won't go back to this location when I come back because of him and the ice cream was pricey for what you received. I have had better .

While the ice cream was amazing, everything else was not. The ladies working there didn’t look happy at all. I ordered for a small cup and asked if she can add just half, for medical reasons. She said yes. But charged me the same price. The attitude was not bad, but so cold. Not even a hi or goodbye. Sad the ice cream is so good, but customer service….can be better.

Im very disappointed with Buster's. First of all the prices are crazy!! Its over $8 for one scoop! Thats way too much and they don't even give us a big serving! The quality of the ice cream has definitely decreased. Also they have this weird cup rule where you aren't able to get ice cream inna cup unless you get 2+ flavors. Overall, this place is to expensive, especially considering the quality and quantity of the ice cream. I would highly recommend going to other ice cream shops since it will be cheaper, bigger scoops, and better ice cream quality.

Death by chocolate was good and smooth with flavor. Mint Oreo was pretty gross with texture and flavor. Texture of the mint Oreo was very grainy and had very little hint of mint. It was more like shaved ice with a hint of mint. Very disappointing compared to previous visit. Also custom service was awful as the workers were very rude and not caring at all. Also we both got a size regular and the difference in size was crazy even tho they were the same size. Definitely not worth almost $20

They lost our order, overcharged us by several dollars, and took 25 minutes to get 1 small ice cream cup. Owner floating in the background not helping & didn’t appear to give a damn. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Although the ice cream was delicious the employee I dealt with seemed inconvenienced and annoyed to serve me. She made a great sunday despite maybe just having a bad day.

Pretty subpar service with overly priced menus items for what they are. Not enthused about coming back
