I had an urge to have a whopper. I don't go to this place often due to repeated slow surface at the drive thru. Today I went inside and had my worse experience yet. The cashier failed to complete.my order although I paid cash and was.provided a receipt. I waited 15 minutes before being asked if i.was.waiting to pick up my order. That's when I learned the cashier who was now.on break enjoying her meal with her girl friend did not complete my order. The current cashier...

They hardly ever say hello when you pull up to the window. Twice within 2 weeks that I went through the drive-thru they messed up the order. This recent time the burger wasn't even cooked all the way through. When you are paying $30 for two meals it should be cooked correctly and fresh.

I was late over 3 hours for uber pick up and Cece was kind enough re-make the order so the food was fresh. It’s rare to come across that type of customer service- not to mention it was near closing time. If not a raise, Cece at the very least, deserves to be recognized!
