Official Statement Regarding the Virginia Beach Location
C4 Coffee Cafe at the Woodtide Shopping Center in Virginia Beach will remain closed. After the business transitioned to Black ownership, we began experiencing a number of challenges with neighboring tenants and property management that ultimately made it difficult to continue operating in that location.
Despite repeated inspections initiated during this time, we are proud to state that C4 Coffee Cafe passed...

Went for Saturday coffee to switch it up and enjoyed our drinks and the owner was very kind and efficient with making our order while maintaining conversation with the other patrons! He was a very pleasant person to interact with! Will be coming back soon! Highly recommend the chai or Nutella latte!

We just moved here and are slowly finding places to try and My husband had went due to some matcha cravings and let’s just say my husband said he had the best customer service ever the guy was super welcoming the place is such a great atmosphere for sure this is our spot for some late night or even day time cravings ! Really appreciate giving my husband the good vibes and great customer service super welcoming !
