They have an 18% "service fee" to every check for "staff retention". That's likely because the service is horrible and if tips left were truly based on the service provided, they werent leaving much. There were only three tables there, and one left because the server never came back after bringing them water. We were brought the wrong checks and it took 30 minutes for the server to come back with the corrected ones. She never did come back to get our cards, we had to go to the bar to pay so we could leave. The food was just so-so.

Food was beyond expectations. HUGE servings and delicious in every way. Good value for cost. We'll be eating there often now!

The quality of service provided was subpar. Our large party of approximately 20 individuals arrived at the establishment during a period of low occupancy. Despite this, we were only assigned two servers to attend to our needs.

This place has very fresh tasting food, at least the dish that I ate (something Brisket ?).
It was just two of us and when they handed us the bill they said there was a 20% service fee that's spilt between the employees to which I assumed that might that meant they automatically added the gratuity, but there then was an additional line for tip. That was confusing and maybe a little off-putting.

I only got a drink and the guacamole. Sat at the bar. None of it was good and the service was rude at best. Would not recommend.
