I've been ordering for a few months now and I love the meals here. Great selection, fresh food/cooked and the meals are often changing. I've never had an "ok" meal. All taste great! Reasonably priced as well. Easy pick up (and delivery option).
I have tried a few other meal prep companies and this one is my favorite! I like that the ingredients are listed and the food is tasty and clean! Will recommend Lyfestyle meals to anyone I know!

This morning I’m standing in my kitchen eating a breakfast bowl (pictured, partially eaten) and so happy I found Lyfestyle Meals! I was looking to lose weight, learn portion control, and save some time. I work full time and am in grad school and this has helped me accomplish all of those things! I’m also diabetic so Collin (the owner) explained they rarely ever put added sugar in items/sauces and that there are a few menu items to stay away from. I’ve been eating here only...read full review
