This morning I’m standing in my kitchen eating a breakfast bowl (pictured, partially eaten) and so happy I found Lyfestyle Meals! I was looking to lose weight, learn portion control, and save some time. I work full time and am in grad school and this has helped me accomplish all of those things! I’m also diabetic so Collin (the owner) explained they rarely ever put added sugar in items/sauces and that there are a few menu items to stay away from. I’ve been eating here only for 6 ish weeks, but I really cannot recommend them enough. The food is delicious, healthy, and the staff and owner are accommodating and super nice!

I've been ordering for a few months now and I love the meals here. Great selection, fresh food/cooked and the meals are often changing. I've never had an "ok" meal. All taste great! Reasonably priced as well. Easy pick up (and delivery option).

Fantastic! The one time I had an issue, I received a quick response & they went above and beyond to correct it.My only wish is that they had a list someplace of the sauces used for the Chef's choice meals - coworkers ask me and I don't have an answer!

I placed an order with this company. I decided the very next morning that I didn't want the order. I emailed the owner and asked that it be canceled. He asked me why and I said because I changed my mind that was on June 2nd. He still hasn't refunded my money. Now when contacted he is saying that it was delivered. How if I spoke to you and asked you to cancel it. Don't order from them, unless you're absolutely certain. You will not get your money back even when you try and cancel the order the way it says on his page.

We have ordered their meals weekly for the last two months or so and could not be happier. We have tried 4 other meal plan services and this one is the best. Their meals are full of flavor, but healthy and give you the nutrients you need to feel energetic throughout the day. Highly recommend!
