I was there with my boyfriend and it seemed like we were inconvenient to the waiter nobody was in the restaurant but a couple people. I don’t know who the guy was but I’ve been there a few times and I’ll never go back there again. I don’t care if the food is good or not because poor service is poor service. I’ll never go there again. This was a few months ago and this still hasn’t left my mind

Each rating section deserves a five stars— TRULEY!! Service with attention of food season to perfection. I sat outside with my family. The ambience was natural plants, beautiful above head string lights so cozy.!

The staff are always so welcoming and bright. We've never had a bad dish, but our favorite is the molcajete! We also love popping over for a margarita and chips when we want to unwind.

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon Camino Real. The food was magnificient. It was full of flavor and good sized portions. The staff was very kind and responsive to our needs. I also went with a large group from my school while we were down that way for a conference and Camino Real was the only restaurant around that would accommodate a large party. We truly enjoyed both times we visited and will definitely be back!

Camino Real Mexican restaurant in Virginia Beach is a seafood taco lover’s dream! I tried the shrimp, fish, tuna, and salmon tacos—each one fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was outstanding, and the staff made the experience feel special. Great vibes, great food—definitely worth the visit!

My wife and I and our 2 kids have been coming here for about a year now because this is our go to for Mexican food now. The prices are reasonable. About 60$ for the 4 of us with drinks. The food is always so good and I get the fajita al carbon which I highly recommend. The servers always check on you to make sure everything is OK and keep your drinks and chips and dip topped off. The frozen sangria is top notch also. Very delicious and top quality.

First of, the place is decorated super nice, It is so beautiful and the tables are vibrant and gorgeous. The lady who attends in the front is super nice and very professional. The waiter that I had was super attentive and came to check on us to make sure everything was great. I ordered the Carne Asada Tacos and a Mango Drink. My daughter ordered their kids meal of chicken fingers and fries and had the strawberry Drink. One thing that did disappointed me, being Mexican was the Tacos. The tortilla breaks fast, the meat was not properly seasoned to take like Carne Asada and there was more cilantro and onion than meat. The Mango drink was extremely watered down. My daughter really liked her meal which makes me happy. I gave three stars because of the food, not the people. Def. Not authentic Mexican Cuisine. More Americanized. TEXMEX type of food. If you like spicy, def will not find it here. (Ps. I did came here at 4:30 pm, there was just 2 people eating) Anyway, I’ll still come back and try other meals. Maybe they taste much better. Still recommend people to come and try it for yourself.

Horrible experience!!! It was a very roachy night!! Roaches was everywhere!! Food was disgusting, waiters took forever with our food!! Notified the waiter about the roach and he picked it up with his bare hands like it was nothing and took off running!! Just terrible. Experience 0/10 not recommended.
