The Mediterranean style version of chipotle fell short. Staff under prepared for low value of customers. Ordered two meatball pitas. They ran out of meat balls. Which lead to a 20 minute wait for new meat balls. Which they wanted to give me the dried out two meat balls that they started originally. Had to ask the manager to have them restart my pita. My wife finished hers and sat waiting for 10 additional mins before I was even handed my food. With our remorse. I hardly ever right reviews or complaints but truly don't care for the way they came under prepared. Never come here between 10am - 2pm won't have any food cooked or ready will have to wait 40-60 mins for order

Went today for the first time. The staff was okay seemed like they were stressed out due to the line of people ordering. When the woman was prepping my food she stopped and helped a customer check out and was handling cash. Came back to continue our order did NOT change her gloves and began prepping our food. I was in shock I kindly asked her to change her gloves and told her she was just touching money. She rolled her eyes and was not happy I asked her to do that. She didn’t even apologize or say anything by her body language I could tell she was very irritated. The tables were all dirty understandable I guess they had a lot of people in there. The food was actually good. Not sure if I will return.

The portions are great, and well it is technically a fast food restaurant you leave feeling healthier after eating the food. There are tons of different options and you can easily get in protein and vegetables with very flavorful taste. Portions are better than chipotle and more consistent.

Came in the store and got a bowl and didn’t like the dressing on my bowl and the server (women)act like she had a attitude for something im paying for never dealt with that server before and I’m a regular and tried to over charger me for something she didn’t even give me for extra chicken and didn’t even put it in my bowl had to get the cashier to put the extra chicken in 11:23 am 2/9/2024

I love Cava and the number of options they offer. I also appreciate their emphasis on being as green as possible. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that their portion sizes and level of salt in their falafel can vary greatly. We get Cava for our office on a regular enough basis that we have seen a variety of portions and had falafel we could not eat because it was too salty. I

The food is fresh of course. Most importantly they have clean practices. I went there last night. The young woman making my plate got food on her gloves. She took it off and threw it away before touching anything else. This is done so good doesn't cross contaminate. I didn't have to ask. She just did it. I will be a regular because of her.Parking: There's parking on 2 sides of the building.

The food here while tasty, lacks consistency and effort. On a good day a great place to get a quick lunch at a reasonable price. With an exotic menu for "fast food" it is a great break from the same mundane offers. Try the specials that are being promoted as they require a bit more attention to detail and they come out tasting wonderful.Vegetarian options: This cava offers vegetarian options and the employees place a great amount of care and pride to ensure no crossing of non vegetarian foods. A safe and reliable place to eat a vegetarian meal without worry .
