I’ve been very satisfied with my overall experience with CAVA. I’m in there to dine in and take out several times a month. A great place and like building my bowl from my favorites.
I am a regular here, at least once in a week,
I know the people that works here, and yes I would recommend this place, they cook fresh food because, you will see them refilling their station often and I guess busy place often have fresh food, also the staff are great, fast and clean as well,

If you are looking for quick and healthy food, CAVA is a great place to go. My favorite base is the SuperGreens.
